App Overview Desk

App overview, walked surface by surface.

The PlayerzPot app has six surfaces: lobby, contests, wallet, leaderboard, KYC and the in-app Help desk. Each surface is reachable from the bottom navigation bar. This desk page is the plain-language walkthrough of what each surface does, what it does not do, and the actions that are reachable only from inside the app.

Six surfaces

Lobby, contests, wallet, leaderboard, KYC, Help.

PlayerzPot is structured as six in-app surfaces. Each surface has one job — the desk walks the job and the action that lives only there.

Lobby

The lobby is the home surface of the app. It lists the day’s contests — practice contests at the top, paid contests below — and the live and upcoming match cards. The lobby is the entry point for joining a contest. Joining a contest from outside the lobby is not supported.

Contests

The contests surface lists every contest you have joined, in three tabs: Live, Upcoming and Completed. The contests surface is also where the lock-in deadline for each contest is shown — once the lock-in deadline passes, the team is locked and the contest moves to Live.

Wallet

The wallet surface shows your deposit balance, your winnings balance and your bonus balance. Deposits, withdrawals, the Refer & Earn screen and the Add Bonus screen all live inside the wallet. The wallet is the only place to move money into or out of the account.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard surface shows the live standings for every contest you have joined. The leaderboard updates ball-by-ball during the live match and settles at the natural close of the match. The leaderboard surface is the authoritative source for the contest’s standings; a third-party cricket score site is not.

KYC

The KYC surface is where the identity verification anchors live — your phone number, your PAN (for withdrawals above a threshold) and your bank account or UPI handle. The KYC surface is reachable from the profile menu and from the wallet’s Withdrawal screen. Completing KYC is required before the first withdrawal and before the Refer & Earn bonus credits.

Help

The Help surface is the in-app Help desk. The Help surface is the authoritative source for the support email, the verified social handles, the FAQ, and the ticket form. The Help surface is the only place to open a support ticket that carries your account context automatically.

What we do not publish

We do not publish a web version of any of the six surfaces. We do not publish a third-party mirror of the wallet, the leaderboard or the KYC anchor. The website is editorial reading material; the app is the contest surface. If a webpage claims to mirror an in-app surface, treat it as unverified.

To verify: the six surfaces are reachable from the bottom navigation bar of the app. The desk’s description above is a structural walk-through — open each surface inside your own app to confirm the actions and the surfaces described here.

Reading checklist

Three passes through any app-overview page.

The contest surface is in-app, not on a website.Verified
The PlayerzPot website is editorial reading material. The contest surface is the in-app lobby. If a webpage asks you to enter a contest, you are not on the official surface.
The wallet is the only money-movement surface.Verified
Deposits, withdrawals and the Refer & Earn screen live inside the in-app wallet. A webpage asking for deposit or withdrawal details is not the operator’s surface.
KYC must clear before the first withdrawal. To verify
KYC clearance is required before the first withdrawal and before the Refer & Earn bonus credits. Confirm through the in-app KYC surface before flagging a missing credit.
