Customer Care Desk

Customer care, routed through the in-app Help desk.

PlayerzPot customer care is reached through three official channels: the in-app Help desk, the support email listed inside the app, and the social channels run by the operator. This desk page is the plain-language summary of which channel answers which question, and why a phone number published on a third-party site is not an authoritative support surface.

Support channels

In-app Help, support email, verified social channels.

PlayerzPot runs three support surfaces. Pick the channel that matches the question — quicker resolution, fewer handoffs.

In-app Help desk

The in-app Help desk is the fastest surface for account, wallet and contest questions. The Help desk is reachable from the in-app profile menu. Tickets opened inside the Help desk carry your account context automatically, so the agent does not ask you to re-state your phone number, account ID and contest ID.

Support email

The support email address is published inside the in-app Help desk, on the Contact Us screen. The desk does not publish the email address here because support inboxes rotate by campaign, and publishing a stale address invites third-party scraping. Open the in-app Help desk to read the current address.

Verified social channels

PlayerzPot runs verified social channels under the operator brand. The verified handles are linked from the in-app Help desk. The desk does not endorse support handles published on third-party sites — those are not authoritative. If a support handle is offered outside the in-app Help desk, treat it as unverified.

What the support channels answer

The in-app Help desk answers account, wallet, KYC, contest settlement and bonus credit questions. The support email answers the same surface plus escalations that need a paper trail. Social channels are best for general announcements and FAQ-style questions — they are not the channel for account-specific issues.

What we do not publish

We do not publish a support phone number. The operator does not run a phone-based support line for fantasy-cricket accounts. We do not publish a Telegram, WhatsApp or third-party chat handle as an official channel. If a chat handle is offered outside the in-app Help desk, treat it as unverified.

To verify: the current support email and verified social handles are listed inside the in-app Help desk’s Contact Us screen. The desk’s description above is a structural walk-through — confirm the current address and handles before relying on any number from a third-party site.
