Privacy policy, by the in-app Privacy Policy screen.
PlayerzPot handles personal data under the operator’s published privacy policy. The full policy lives inside the in-app Privacy Policy screen, reachable from the profile menu. This desk page is the structural walkthrough of the four high-level categories the in-app policy covers — what is collected, what is not, retention, and the rights of the account holder.
Collection, retention, sharing, account-holder rights.
PlayerzPot’s privacy policy is organised in four sections. The desk walks each section and names the in-app surface where the reader can verify the full text.
What is collected
The in-app privacy policy names the categories of personal data the operator collects: phone number (the KYC anchor), display name, optional email, KYC documents (PAN, bank account or UPI handle for withdrawals above a threshold), and contest activity (the picks you make, the contests you join). The full list is in the in-app policy.
What is not collected
The in-app policy names what is not collected: contacts, SMS, location, device identifiers beyond the standard Android advertising ID, and third-party tracking pixels. If you see any of those requests at install or sign-up, the binary is not the operator’s — report through the in-app Help desk.
Retention
The in-app policy names the retention window for each category. KYC documents are retained for the regulatory window required under the PMLA and the MeitY framework for online real-money games. Contest activity is retained for the duration of your account plus the regulatory window. After the window expires, the data is deleted.
Sharing
The in-app policy names the third parties the operator shares data with: payment processors (for deposits and withdrawals), KYC vendors (for identity verification), and regulatory authorities (on lawful request). The operator does not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
Account-holder rights
The in-app policy names the rights of the account holder: access (request a copy of your data), correction (fix a wrong KYC detail), deletion (close the account and delete the data after the retention window), and portability (export your contest history). Each right has an in-app surface — the desk names the surface but not the URL, which rotates between campaigns.
What we do not publish
We do not publish the full policy text. The authoritative text is the in-app Privacy Policy screen. We do not publish a third-party mirror of the policy — those mirrors can be edited after publication. If a privacy claim is offered outside the in-app Privacy Policy screen, treat it as unverified.
To verify: the full privacy policy text is inside the in-app Privacy Policy screen, reachable from the profile menu. The desk’s description above is a structural walk-through — read the in-app policy before relying on any external claim.
