Terms of use, governed by the in-app Terms screen.
PlayerzPot’s terms of use govern eligibility, account use, contest rules and dispute resolution. The full terms live inside the in-app Terms of Use screen, reachable from the profile menu. This desk page is the structural walkthrough of the four high-level sections the in-app terms cover, and why a third-party terms mirror is not authoritative until it matches the in-app text.
Eligibility, account use, contest rules, dispute resolution.
PlayerzPot’s terms of use are organised in four sections. The desk walks each section and names the in-app surface where the reader can verify the full text.
Eligibility
The in-app terms name the eligibility requirements: 18+ age, Indian resident, KYC-verified account, and not resident in a state where online real-money games are restricted. The eligibility gate fires at sign-up and is re-checked at the contest join screen. The legality desk lists the restricted states and the gazette citation behind the restriction.
Account use
The in-app terms name the rules for account use: one account per phone number, one account per PAN, no shared accounts, no commercial use, and no use by a person other than the account holder. The terms also name the consequences of a breach — account suspension and forfeiture of the wallet balance are the two named consequences.
Contest rules
The in-app terms name the contest rules: lock-in deadline, captain (×2) and vice-captain (×1.5) multipliers, settlement at the natural close of the match, and the tie-breaker rule per contest type. The desk walks each rule on its own desk page; the full text is the in-app Terms screen.
Dispute resolution
The in-app terms name the dispute resolution path: ticket opened inside the in-app Help desk first, escalation to the support email if unresolved within the published window, and arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for matters that cannot be resolved by support. The desk does not publish the arbitration seat here because the seat is set in the in-app terms.
What we do not publish
We do not publish the full terms text. The authoritative text is the in-app Terms of Use screen. We do not publish a third-party mirror of the terms — those mirrors can be edited after publication. If a terms claim is offered outside the in-app Terms of Use screen, treat it as unverified.
To verify: the full terms text is inside the in-app Terms of Use screen, reachable from the profile menu. The desk’s description above is a structural walk-through — read the in-app terms before relying on any external claim.
