Responsible Play Desk

Responsible play, governed by deposit limits and self-exclusion.

PlayerzPot runs a responsible-play surface inside the in-app account. The surface includes deposit limits, a session-time reminder, cool-off windows and a self-exclusion path. This desk page is the structural walkthrough of each control, the in-app surface that activates it, and the support organisations the desk refers readers to if a control is not enough.

The four controls

Deposit limits, session reminder, cool-off, self-exclusion.

PlayerzPot’s responsible-play surface has four controls. The desk walks each control and names the in-app surface that activates it.

Deposit limits

The in-app responsible-play surface lets the account holder set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. The limit is a ceiling — deposits above the limit are blocked at the payment step. The limit can be lowered at any time and the lower limit applies immediately. Raising the limit has a 72-hour cooling-off window so the change is not impulsive.

Session-time reminder

The in-app responsible-play surface can show a session-time reminder at a chosen interval. The reminder is informational — it does not log you out — and it appears inside the lobby as a card. The reminder is a nudge, not a control, and is most useful when paired with a deposit limit.

Cool-off window

The in-app responsible-play surface lets the account holder lock the account for a chosen cool-off window — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During the cool-off window, the account cannot sign in, deposits are blocked, and withdrawals continue to settle. The cool-off window cannot be reversed once activated.

Self-exclusion

The in-app responsible-play surface lets the account holder self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period. The account balance is returned through the in-app wallet’s Withdrawal screen before the exclusion takes effect. Self-exclusion is the strongest control the operator offers.

Where to get help

If the in-app controls are not enough, the desk refers readers to two support organisations: the National Mental Health Helpline (Tele-MANAS, 14416) and the iCall helpline (9152987821). Both offer confidential support for gambling-related concerns. The desk does not run a counselling service and does not replace clinical advice.

What we do not publish

We do not publish a “responsible-play guarantee.” The operator offers the four controls above, and the desk walks the structural mechanics. We do not publish a third-party “responsible-play tool” — the operator’s controls are the only controls the operator honours. If a tool is offered outside the in-app account, treat it as unverified.

To verify: the four controls are reachable from the in-app responsible-play surface, inside the profile menu. The desk’s description above is a structural walk-through — open the in-app surface to set or adjust a control.
