PlayerzPot’s wallet is organised in three balances and one gate. The desk walks each surface and the action that lives only there.
The three balances
The in-app wallet shows three balances: deposit balance (real money you have added to the account), winnings balance (prize-pool credits from settled contests), and bonus balance (sign-up, seasonal and refer-a-friend credits). The three balances settle independently — a withdrawal can come from any balance subject to the KYC gate and the bonus-credit rules.
The KYC gate
The KYC gate fires at the first withdrawal and at the first refer-a-friend credit. The KYC anchors are: phone number (verified at sign-up via OTP), PAN (required for withdrawals above the threshold under PMLA), and bank account or UPI handle (required for withdrawals to settle). The KYC surface is reachable from the profile menu and from the wallet’s Withdrawal screen.
The deposit flow
Deposits go through the in-app wallet’s Add Cash screen. The Add Cash screen lists the supported payment methods — UPI, net-banking and cards. The deposit amount is the ceiling the operator has set for your account; the ceiling can be raised by completing KYC and reaching a contest-volume threshold. The deposit confirmation appears as a wallet entry within seconds.
The withdrawal flow
Withdrawals go through the in-app wallet’s Withdrawal screen. The Withdrawal screen lists the verified bank account or UPI handle as the destination. The withdrawal amount can come from the deposit or winnings balance; the bonus balance is not withdrawable until the bonus-credit rules clear. Withdrawal settlement time is set by the payment processor, not the operator.
The bonus-credit rules
The bonus balance credits only after the KYC gate fires and the contest-volume threshold for the bonus track is reached. The sign-up bonus credits after the first deposit and the first contest entry. The seasonal campaign bonus credits after the campaign window’s threshold. The refer-a-friend bonus credits after the invitee’s KYC clears and the invitee joins a first paid contest.
What we do not publish
We do not publish a guaranteed deposit ceiling. We do not publish a guaranteed withdrawal settlement time — the processor sets the time, not the operator. We do not publish a third-party payment link as an official deposit path. If a deposit or withdrawal surface is offered outside the in-app wallet, treat it as unverified.
